📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow and maintain strict recipes and baking techniques.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dough for pastries and breads.
• Help in the decoration and presentation of pastries and desserts.
• Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
• Support the team in meeting daily production targets.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating.
• Proficiency in using professional kitchen equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
