📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design multimedia training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with the Creative Content Development team to create engaging and effective training content.
• Assist in the production and editing of training videos, ensuring high-quality output.
• Support the development of training programs and materials that align with JTEKT Corporation's mission and values.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia training and content development.
• Provide administrative support to the Creative Content Development team, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects.
• Assist in the evaluation and feedback process for training materials, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative training solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar multimedia tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
