📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Bureaucratic Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with national and provincial development goals.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in government operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to modernize public sector operations.
Coordinate with various government agencies to execute transformative projects.
Monitor and evaluate program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within government operations.
Leverage digital transformation tools and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public sector management or a similar role.
Proven track record in project management, particularly in the context of bureaucratic transformation.
Strong understanding of government operations and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
