Apex Sports Village, Bali’s premier sports and wellness destination, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this role, you'll ensure that our state-of-the-art facilities are built to the highest standards, integrating cutting-edge technology with eco-friendly practices.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily oversight of MEP systems, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate the installation and testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of large-scale construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they adhere to quality and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all MEP systems.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a strong background in large-scale construction projects.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCIDQ, CIDB, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
