📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Equity PCA team, ensuring all assessments are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage workflows and schedules to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of assessments.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in property assessment.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in property assessment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property assessment, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property assessment standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
