📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Crafting high-quality batik garments using traditional techniques and modern tools like batik machines and dyeing equipment.
• Collaborating with designers to bring batik patterns to life on fabric.
• Ensuring the quality and authenticity of each batik piece through meticulous attention to detail.
• Assisting in the preservation and documentation of traditional batik techniques.
• Participating in workshops and training sessions to enhance your batik-making skills.
• Packaging and preparing batik garments for sale and distribution.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting customers with batik selection and customization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in batik craftsmanship or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with traditional batik techniques and modern tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for preserving cultural heritage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with batik dyeing processes and equipment.
