📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
