📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up tables, cleaning, and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage customer engagement and increase sales.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast or Square, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Previous experience working in a hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
