In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge gained from training.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, techniques, and technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
