📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.
