PT. ERA GLOBAL NUSINDO is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Internet Service Provider team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our internet services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our internet services and drive customer acquisition.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
