📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Maintain and update system documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth system operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
