📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and tasks across different departments.,Support the management team in developing and implementing business strategies.,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights for business decisions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Support the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Proven ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.,English proficiency is a plus.
