📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic management of lithium resources, including exploration, extraction, and processing.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Optimize extraction processes to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Develop and implement resource management strategies to meet global demand.
• Monitor and report on resource extraction activities, providing insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all operations are aligned with sustainability goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential environmental and operational risks.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, particularly in lithium extraction.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and MineSight.
• Certification in environmental management or sustainability (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
