🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or similar environmental certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using facilities management software such as FM:pro, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
