📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information about our products and services to customers.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
