📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve the restaurant's goals and objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
