📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct cost analysis and prepare accurate cost reports using SAP and Excel.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction measures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
