📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Preparing and maintaining store reports and records.
  • Assisting in the training and development of store staff.
  • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
  • Assisting in the setup and breakdown of store displays.
  • Participating in store audits and quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to travel to other store locations as needed.
