Rejeki Elsa Mart is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases,Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed,Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Assist with store opening and closing procedures,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling,Familiarity with using POS systems is an advantage,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
