📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects and failures.,Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to analyze and troubleshoot complex electronic issues.,Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures and improve product reliability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.,Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and mitigate them.,Maintain and update failure analysis reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in failure analysis and reliability engineering.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis, with a focus on electronic components and systems.,Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, materials, and processes.,Proficiency in using failure analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, and other advanced diagnostic equipment.,Experience in root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and technical writing skills to document findings and present results effectively.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to failure analysis and reliability engineering.
