📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant tax laws,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
