Bright Sun Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Manage the outlet's budget and financial performance.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
