📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security.,Assist with network infrastructure and security measures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
