📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee records and benefits administration,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Organize and facilitate team-building activities,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
